Jobs that take more time, more skill, or more than one trade. Pricing is hourly because every situation is a little different — but you’ll always get an honest estimate upfront. Think large drywall repair, vanity replacements, tile work, ceiling fans, mounting larger TVs, cabinet installs, or minor plumbing and electrical upgrades. 1 Hour @$125
Advanced Service (Custom Quote)
The big stuff. Multi-day projects, full remodels, or anything that requires serious skill across multiple trades. I’ll come take a look, give you a straight quote, and we’ll go from there. No surprises, no runaround — just a fair price for quality work.
